Medvedev, Alexandre
Russia, 1934
Alexandre Medvedev is an engineer and taught geography and astronomy in Nijni Novgorod. He has published many studies, participated in conferences on spatial probes and the structure of the universe, especially the study of vibrations. According to him, the laws of vibrational movements in the universe are based on the relationships and measurements between distances and time. At the age of 35, he became deaf as a consequence of a cardio-vascular illness. His thinking then progressively changed, transforming his scientific knowledge into an artistic and humanist project. Alexandre Medvedev invented a table, which he calls the tree of knowledge, showing the intimate bond that links macrocosm and microcosm. Understanding this relationship, according to him, it is possible to achieve equilibrium in life.
