This self-taught artist turned art therapist discovered the exorcising virtues of art all by himself, in his early childhood, by allowing the paper to absorb, with every pencil stroke, every angry hatching and every scratch, all the nightmares, the dark fantasies, the death and sex urges, the terrifying war-and-resistance stories heard at home and buried in the darkest corners of his psyche.
